We found Roy through Checkatrade and he fully deserves all the praise he has been given. I rang him in distress after my husband again pulled down our bedroom curtain rail, removing some plaster too. Roy reassured me he could put things right and indeed he has. For the first time in 43 years our bedroom curtains close properly. Because Roy was coming here, I decided to ask him to replace two other plastic bedroom curtain rails as well.
